Yorokobi no Uta [Song of Joy]

A friend from church asked me translate this.  This is a rough translation. I had forgotten almost all my lessons I picked up from college. Line 5 was esp. tough, and I definitely need to revise that.

At this moment, Lord, I offer my worship so that I can receive God’s blessings.
Show me, though helpless, how to receive God’s forgiveness (help) even though I cannot do anything.
A song of joy I can sing. This song of revival is my strength, your strength, O Lord, I give thanks to thee.
Your life, My life comes from Lord Jesus’ cross, a life full of blessings.
Led by the hand, I have heard that it was nothing but The Lord’s will. By your strength only, however small, The Lord passed away on that magnificent night.
A song of joy I can sing. This song of revival is my strength, your strength, O Lord, I give thanks to thee.
